- 6 whole pheasant breast, halved and boned
- 1 (2 1/4 ounce) package dried beef
- 8 -12 slices bacon
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 14 cup sour cream
- 14 cup flour
- 18 cup water
Directions

1Add dried beef to greased crock pot.

2Wrap each piece of boned pheasant with a strip of bacon and place on dried beef.

3Mix sour cream, flour and water.

4Combine mixture with soup.

5Pour mixture over pheasant.

6Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.

7Serve over hot buttered noodles.
