- 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/16 tsp. oregano
- 1/16 tsp. basil or substitute 1 tsp. paprika for the oregano and basil
Directions

1Use only the breast of pheasant.

2Cut into steaks.

3Roll steaks in flour mixture.

4Cook in 1/4 cup butter which has been melted in a skillet.

5Cook 3 to 5 minutes, turning once.

6Prepare at least 1 pheasant per hungry rancher!

7The other parts can be used in casseroles.
