- 2 lbs of Flank Steak (or other Lean Beef)
- 2/3 Cup Worestershire Sauce
- 2/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 quick dashes of Tobasco Sauce
- 1 drop of Carolina Reaper sauce(from Pucker Butt Pepper Company)
- 1 1/2 TBSP Onion Power
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 2 TSP Black Pepper
- 1 TSP Liquid Smoke

1Mix all the ingredients, except the mea7, in a large bowl. Cut the beef in 1/4 in strips against the grain. Put the beef in the marinate. Cover and marinate 24 hours. Dehydrate for 12 hours or more if you like it crispy.
