Phillipine Egg Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey or beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 3 c. fresh bean sprouts
- soy sauce to taste
- cooking oil
- 1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Directions

1Fry onion until limp.

2Add meat, celery, carrot, garlic salt and soy sauce.

3Brown; drain off grease.

4Add bean sprouts; mix well.

5Taste and add more seasonings if desired.

6Spoon a small amount of filling on each egg roll wrapper.

7Fold 2 opposite sides over and about 3/4 inch each.

8Then roll up according to illustration on package.

9Seal edge with water.

10(Dip your finger in water, then run along edge of wrapper and seal.)

11Heat 1/2 inch of oil in frying pan on medium high.

12Add 4 egg rolls and brown on both sides lightly.

13Repeat until all are cooked.

14Drain on paper towels.

15Serve with duck sauce.
