- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sifted cake flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Combine sugar, cream cheese, margarine and vanilla. Add eggs and mix

2until blended at low speed. Stir in flour and baking powder.

3Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

5Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
