  • 1 pound Thin Sirloin Steak
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Green Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed Then Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Yellow Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 10 Button Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Steak Sauce
  • 6 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 8 Small Flour Tortillas

    Combine the spice blend ingredients in a small bowl.

    Set aside.

    Place the steak on a cutting board and cut into very thin strips.

    Move the sliced steak into a shallow dish.

    Sprinkle it with the Worcestershire sauce and stir.

    Allow it to sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Ten minutes prior to cooking, remove it from the refrigerator and allow it to sit at room temperature.
