  • 8 medium turnips, chopped (about 11 cups)
  • 1 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product

    Peel and chop 8 medium turnips.

    (You should have about 11 cups.)

    Place in medium saucepan.

    Add enough water to completely cover turnips.

    Bring to boil on medium-high heat.

    Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min.

    or until turnips are tender.

    Drain well.

    Add 1 cup Philadelphia Light cream cheese product; mash lightly with potato masher or electric mixer just until turnip mixture is well blended.

    (Mixture will still be slightly lumpy.)
