- 2 bottles clam juice any size as long as it's enough to cover chicken
- 1 12 cups cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup seasoned flour
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Directions

1Pound chicken breasts thin.

2Marinate chicken in clam juice for approximately 24 hours.

3Drain and pat dry chicken.

4Dredge in flour.

5Dip in beaten egg and then in crumbs I prefer Panko crumbs over cracker.

6Fry chicken breast.
