  • 1 pt. (12 oz.) frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 c. Pace picante sauce
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) Monterey Jack, shredded
  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) sharp Cheddar
  • 2 green onion tops, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
