- 1 pt. (12 oz.) frozen hash browns, thawed
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 c. Pace picante sauce
- 1 c. (4 oz.) Monterey Jack, shredded
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) sharp Cheddar
- 2 green onion tops, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled

3Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie pan.

4Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
