- 1 gal. tomatoes
- 1 qt. onions
- 1 c. hot peppers
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. pickling salt
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
Directions

1Cut up tomatoes. Dice onions and peppers.

2Using a large pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes.

3Add 3/4 cup cider vinegar, pickling salt and minced garlic. Stir well.

4Pour into jars.

5Yields 6 to 7 pints.
