  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 4 c. chopped onions
  • 4 to 5 hot peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1 tsp. mustard seed
  • 1 1/4 c. vinegar
