  • 32 medium tomatoes (Roma)
  • 32 small jalapeno peppers
  • 1 large onion - minced in food processor
  • Add 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • Salt to taste

Directions

    Cover with water and boil until tomato skins start to split (about 10 minutes). 1 large onion - minced in food processor. Process tomatoes and peppers (use some of water if necessary).

    Mix all ingredients.

    Add 2 tablespoons minced garlic.

    Salt to taste. Seal while hot.
