  • young, tender green beans, boiled 10 to 12 minutes
  • pinch of garlic
  • 1 dill head
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 2 c. white vinegar
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. salt

Directions

    Put beans in pint jars with garlic, dill and pepper.

    Mix vinegar, water and salt.

    Bring to boil.

    Pour over beans and seal.
