- 1 gal. water
- 1 c. canning salt
- 1 c. vinegar
Directions

1Cook beans 10 minutes or until they can be mashed between fingers.

2Let cool; pack in sterilized quart jars.

3Cover with the mixture as follows.

4Heat the salt, water and vinegar and pour over corn or beans.

5Seal.

6Put in cool place until pickled.

7You might have to make added liquid, depending on how tight the food is packed.
