  • 24 medium sized beets
  • 2 qt. water
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Boil beets, leaving 4-inch tops.

    When tender, place in hot jars (can also slice).

    Boil water, vinegar and sugar.

    Pour over beets.

    Seal.
