- 1 Tbsp. pickling spices
- 1 c. water
- 6 c. sugar
Directions

1Cook beets about 1 hour in a big pan.

2Cold dip until skins come off.

3Cut as desired and put in pan.

4Cover beets with mixture.

5Cook 15 minutes.

6Put in jars while hot.
