  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • beets from garden or 8 cans tiny whole beets, drained

Directions

    Heat vinegar, water and sugar to a boil.

    Place beets in and cook until they are heated.

    Put beets in jars and cover with liquid.

    Seal.
