- 2 1/2 pound crawfish tails, cooked
- 2 lg. onions, sliced
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1 1/4 tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 1/4 c. salad oil
Directions

1Place boiled crawfish in bottom of large jar.

2Add in onion slices.

3Mix together salad oil, vinegar, salt, celery seed, and Tabasco.

4Pour over crawfish.

5Chill for 24 hrs.
