- 3 c. white vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 3 tsp. pickling spice (rounded)
- 3/4 c. white sugar
Directions

1Simmer heat for 30 minutes.

2Remove fat and cube heart into 1/2-inch pieces.

3Boil for 2 hours.

4Heat pickling solution for 5 minutes (medium heat).

5Drain meat and add to pickling solution and refrigerate.

6Ready after 24 hours.
