- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 qt. vinegar
Directions

1Shell eggs.

2Boil vinegar and add seasonings.

3Pour vinegar mixture in glass jar and drop in eggs.

4Cover, but don't tighten lid until mixture is cool.

5Let stand 10 days.
