- 15 to 18 eggs, boiled
- 1 c. water
- 3 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pickling spice
Directions

1Boil eggs 12 minutes; drain.

2Remove shells.

3Bring to a boil water, vinegar, salt and pickling spice.

4(Beet juice may be added if color is desired.)

5Place eggs in hot sterilized jars.

6Cover with boiling vinegar mixture.

7Seal at once.
