- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. pickling spice
- 1 Tbsp. pickling salt
- 1/8 tsp. minced garlic
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine all of ingredients.

2Bring to a boil; simmer 10 minutes.

3Cool.

4In a quart jar, layer 9 shelled, hard-cooked eggs and 1 medium onion, sliced.

5Fill jar with pickling brine.

6Cover.

7Refrigerate 48 hours before using.

8Keeps 2 months refrigerated.
