  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 20 oz. can beets
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. pickling spices, if desired
  • juice from can beets

    Boil other ingredients together and pour hot mixture over beets and eggs.
