Ingredients

  • 12 to 18 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 pt. white vinegar
  • 1 qt. water
  • 2 or 3 bay leaves
  • 2 or 3 hot peppers

Directions

    Put eggs, bay leaves and peppers in a large jar. Cover with vinegar and water.

    Cover and let set at least 1 week.

    A favorite for Easter at our house.
