  • 2 c. distilled white vinegar
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. mixed pickling spices
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed

    Peel eggs.

    Bring all seasonings to a boil in saucepan over high heat.

    Pour hot vinegar mixture over eggs. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
