- 2 c. distilled white vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. mixed pickling spices
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Peel eggs.

2Bring all seasonings to a boil in saucepan over high heat.

3Pour hot vinegar mixture over eggs. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.

4Keeps for several weeks if kept in refrigerator.
