  • 2 to 3 cans sliced beets
  • sugar
  • vinegar

Directions

    Hard Boil eggs, cool and peel. Drain beets. Use equal amounts of sugar and vinegar stir to dissolve sugar. Add eggs cover with beets. Put in refrigerator. Best in 6-7 days.
