  • 15 to 18 hard boiled eggs
  • 3 cups white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pickling spices, if desired

    Carefully shell eggs.

    Bring vinegar and water to a boil. Add spices if desired.

    Place eggs in hot sterilized jars and cover with boiling liquid.
