- 1 1/2 lb. fresh okra
- 3 dried red chile peppers
- 3 tsp. dried dill
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Divide the okra evenly between 3 (1 pint) jars.

2Place one dried chile and one tsp. of dill into each jar.

3In a small saucepan, combine the water, vinegar and salt.

4Bring to a rolling boil.

5Pour over the ingredients in the jars, and seal in a hot water bath for 10 minutes.

6Refrigerate jars after opening.
