  • 9 green peppers
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 c. vinegar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

    Pack peppers (which are cut in strips), parsley and garlic into pint jars.

    Boil vinegar, water, sugar, salt and olive oil and pour over peppers.

    Seal.

    Can be cold packed.

    Just bring to a boil.
