- 9 green peppers
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Pack peppers (which are cut in strips), parsley and garlic into pint jars.

2Boil vinegar, water, sugar, salt and olive oil and pour over peppers.

3Seal.

4Can be cold packed.

5Just bring to a boil.
