- 1 Tbsp. pickling spice
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 5 bunches radishes

1Day Ahead:

2Cut a double thickness of 5-inch square cheesecloth.

3On it, place pickling spice.

4Pull corners up to form a small bag and tie securely with colorfast or undyed cotton string.

5In 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, heat vinegar, sugar, salt, spice bag and 3/4 cup water to boiling.

6Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors.
