- 1 head red cabbage
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
Directions

1Shred red cabbage.

2Sprinkle with a little salt and place in bowl.

3Combine vinegar, water and sugar in pan and bring to boil. Pour hot liquid over cabbage and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Will keep in the refrigerator at least 2 weeks.
