  • 1 medium red apple cubed
  • 1/4 cup sake
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce, lite
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 medium kosher dill pickle cubed
  • 228 grams package of cai chua, pickled mustard sliced small
