- 4 lb. peeled shrimp, cooked
- 2 large onions, sliced in rings
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce (more makes it better)
- 1 c. oil
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp. black pepper (heaping)
Directions

1Layer shrimp and onion rings in casserole or glass bowl.

2Mix last 6 ingredients and pour over shrimp and onions.

3Refrigerate overnight (will keep 2 months).

4Stir occasionally to keep vinegar mixed with oil.

5Can be eaten plain or with crackers.
