  • 8 c. sliced yellow squash
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, seeded and cut up
  • 2 c. salt
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. mustard seed
  • 2 small jars pimento

    Bring to a boil.

    Add all ingredients and bring to a second boil.

    Put in pint jars and seal.

    Makes 4 pints.
