   Combine egg, cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar.

   Add in chips and set aside.

   Mix dry ingredients.

   Add in oil, water and vanilla.

   Fill muffin tins 1/2 to 3/4 full.

   Spoon 1 tsp.

   to 1 Tbsp.

   cream cheese mix on the top.

   Bake 350 degrees for 20 min.

    Makes 30 to 36 cupcakes.
