  • 1 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. cold water

Directions

    Combine flour, Crisco and salt.

    Cut shortening in flour until it is gravel size.
  3. 3
    Put vinegar, egg and water in another bowl and beat, then add to flour mixture.

    Flour your hands and form crust into a ball.

    Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for 2 hours before rolling into pie crust.
