- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Combine flour, Crisco and salt.

2Cut shortening in flour until it is gravel size.

3Put vinegar, egg and water in another bowl and beat, then add to flour mixture.

4Flour your hands and form crust into a ball.

5Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate for 2 hours before rolling into pie crust.
