  • 2 c. Crisco
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

    Mix first 4 ingredients together good.

    Beat egg and vinegar and add water to make 1 cup.

    Add to flour mixture.

    Makes about 5 pie shells. Can be kept in refrigerator before rolling into shells.
