  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2/3 c. lard
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • ice water

Directions

    Add ice water to egg yolk and vinegar to make 1/2 cup.

    Mix flour and lard to a consistency of coarse meal.

    Add yolk/water, a little at a time, until mixture clings together.

    Chill dough for 1 hour.
