  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 3/4 c. Crisco
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Add Crisco to first 3 ingredients with fork until crumbly. Mix water, vinegar and egg.

    Beat slightly.

    Pour over first mixture and mix well.

    Chill 15 minutes or overnight.

    Makes 4 to 5 crusts.

    Can freeze if needed.
