- 1 c. Crisco butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- approximately 7 Tbsp. water (ice)
- 1 tsp. vinegar
Directions

1Mix together Crisco and flour until coarse crumbs.

2Mix egg, water and vinegar together, then mix into flour mixture. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.

3Divide in half.

4Makes two 9-inch double crust pies or three 8-inch double crust pies.
