  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. Crisco butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • approximately 7 Tbsp. water (ice)
  • 1 tsp. vinegar

Directions

    Mix together Crisco and flour until coarse crumbs.

    Mix egg, water and vinegar together, then mix into flour mixture. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.

    Divide in half.

    Makes two 9-inch double crust pies or three 8-inch double crust pies.
