- 1 lb. shortening
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Blend flour and shortening together.

2Break egg into cup and beat.

3Add water to make 1 cup and then mix in vinegar and salt. Add to flour mixture and blend with fork.

4Seal dough in plastic bag and put in refrigerator until ready to use.

5Keeps for 2 months.
