  • 4 c. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 c. Crisco
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water

    Cut Crisco into dry ingredients until it's mealy; add water, vinegar and beaten egg.

    Roll out on floured board.

    Makes enough for four 2-crust pies (depending on size).
