- 2/3 c. solid Crisco
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Put flour and salt in a bowl.

2Cut in Crisco with a pastry blender until it resembles coarse crumbs.

3Sprinkle water over mixture.

4Quickly make a ball with mixture.

5(Do not add more water.)

6Use a pastry cloth and cover for rolling pin, lightly floured, and roll out 2 crusts.

7(You may refrigerate dough and use later.)
