- 5 c. flour
- 2 c. Crisco
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 Tbsp. salt (1 1/2 tsp.)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Using electric mixer on slow speed, mix together flour, Crisco, baking powder and salt.

2In separate measuring cup, mix together the egg and vinegar.

3Add enough water to make 1 cup. Add to flour mixture; beat thoroughly.

4Roll out dough as usual, using plenty of flour to roll, as this is very soft dough. Freezes very well.

5Makes 6 pie crusts.
