- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. white Crisco
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. ice water
- 15 drops yellow food coloring
Directions

1With table knife, cut together first four ingredients until finely crumbled.

2Add combined ice water and food coloring.

3Mix all again.

4With hands, press mixture into two round balls, one slightly larger for bottom crust, small one for top.

5Roll out. Use 8-inch pie pan.

6Bake 20 minutes at 425°, then 10 minutes at 375°.

7Use any leftover scraps of crust for decoration.
