- 1 1/2 c. lard (cold)
- 4 c. sifted flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 beaten egg
Directions

1Cut together shortening, flour, sugar and salt.

2Add beaten egg, water and vinegar.

3Mix all together, but add a little at a time for good consistency.

4Will keep a week in refrigerator in airtight container.
