Ingredients
- 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/3 c. light corn syrup
- 2 tsp. skim milk
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 475°.

2Mix the flour and salt in a bowl. Combine the syrup and milk and add all at once to flour mixture. Stir with fork until thoroughly mixed.

3Shape the mixture into a ball and place it between two squares of wax paper lightly dusted with flour.

4Roll the pastry into a circle large enough to fit a 9-inch pie pan.

5Spray pan with Baker's Joy.

6Arrange pastry in pan.

7Cut off the edges with a knife and press with a fork.

8Prick the bottom all over with a fork.

9Bake about 10 minutes or until golden brown.

10Cool before adding filling.
