  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 can pie filling (apple or cherry)
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Fold all ingredients gently with a spatula.

    Do not beat!!! Bake in 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
