- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 tsp. ???
Directions

1Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until they make a ball of dough.

2Sprinkle flour on a board and knead for a couple minutes.

3Cut small portion of dough to roll out. Remainder of dough is put in plastic and stored in refrigerator until needed.

4Roll thin on board.

5Cut into circles and place a teaspoon of filling to one side.

6Fold over and pinch edges together.

7Boil carefully in salted water until it floats to the top.

8Serve with melted butter and/or sour cream.

9May also be fried in butter.
