- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Add flour as necessary just enough so dough can be rolled.

3Cut into circles with glass or cup.

4Fill with mashed potatoes, meat, cheese, fruit or sauerkraut.

5Fill half circle with filling, fold over and press edges together with fork to seal.

6Drop into boiling water for a couple of minutes. Remove with slotted spoon.

7Serve with melted butter and sauteed onions.
